Thursday 5 April
A decent drop of rain on Tuesday evening meant that the ground was perfect to get plenty schooled yesterday. Sam was in and got to jump plenty of them, including Kikos who looks like a likely runner in Chepstow on Monday. We are all looking forward to seeing that partnership reunited after Kikos' winter break! The 'Big Ginger' is in great form, and should go well in Wales! Also engaged over the weekend are Grassfinch in Fakenham - she has a chance to get back to back wins at the Norfolk track, as she is working well. Aeschylus holds entries at Huntingdon and Towcester, though Towcester would suit him better. Norse Wren is also engaged in the same 2 bumpers. So it looks like a good fun weekend, which will begin with a non racing day on Friday ( pop to the Lambourn Open Day if you get a chance). On Saturday we look like having some more folks up to see the new filly! Shares are going well, and it is always nice to welcome new faces to Racehorse Ownership at Fences Farm. 07909 518902 to arrange a visit, and a look round! Remember - all it will set you back is £20/week (all inclusive of vets bills, jockey, training fees etc). Where else can you get that sort of value for money???!! Happy Easter!!
