Kikos is entered in Towcester on Friday evening. He is in a National Hunt Novices Hurdle, which will be a bit of a departure for him, as he has only ever been a chaser for us, but with no races to aim him at over the course of the next couple of weeks, we thought it was worth popping him in and having a look. There are 25 entries - 4 of which have run over the past couple of days - so it looks like a nice opportunity for him. The weather also seems to be comig right for us for a change - it is due to get warm and sunny this week, with little or no rain, so he should get his preferred conditions, which will put a few off as well!! Hopefully Tara Dancer will be heading to Towcester this week as well - no, not for her debut, but merely for a canter round the track on Saturday morning. This will all be part of her education, and she will benefit hugely for the experience. She continues to look a very nice prospect and is developing very very nicely! I can't wait to see her on the track!
