Tara Dancer gets her first entry this morning. She has been entered in the mares bumper in Southwell next Tuesday evening. This lovely filly has been working well, but is very likely to improve greatly for her first run on the track. Young horses from Fences Farm are never asked serious questions early in their career, which explains them only winning 2 bumpers. Their bumper runs are all about gaining vital experience, with far more emphasis put on their jumping careers. TD has schooled very well, and it in this sphere that her future lies!! Still a couple of shares left in her if anyone would like to go to the races as an owner next week! Take a peek on the For Sale Page for further details. Another with an entry is new boy Tannerman. He is in 2 races at the weekend in Worcester, but we have decided to put these plans on hold. We know he needs some attention to his breathing, and after Sam gave him a piece of work yesterday we decided to give him a short spell off, and then get his wind done. He will be back for an Autumn campaign, and should be well handicapped off of 92. The Fonz has been declared to run in Uttoxeter tomorrow, but in fairness it looks odds against him taking part. I have just seen the forecast, and with the ground already on the soft side they look as though they are due to get a fair bit more rain tomorrow, which would put his participation very much in doubt. He has been in great form recently.
