Smart Exit has been allotted a Chase rating of 103, which is, as expected, the same as his hurdle mark. He can now run in handicaps, and we have earmarked a couple of races early next month. He will remaion inn training, and will have another run over fences, but only if the ground is suitable. He will only run on Good To Soft or Soft ground, so if the weather looks like drying up around the start of next month he will head off on holiday for a few weeks, to return in the Autumn. Benefit Cut runs this afternoon, and hopefully he will run well. Carolina Wren has come out of her debut run on Saturday in good order but will not be asked to run again this spring - she will head off on her holidays as well.Her half brother Norse Wren is also enjoying some down time.Tannerman will stride on this morning, and hopefully if all goes well he can have entries from next week onwards.
