Very wet this morning, and not ideal weather for Towcesters Ladies Night tonight! But what the hell, it is always good fun to see the 'sights' in Towcester so we will still make the trip!! Brett The Vet was in this morning to give Tara Dancer her flu vaccination, before she starts to do too much cantering. She will now have a few days of easy work to recover from the effects of the injection. The 3 yr old filly by Tobougg x Forest Pride is going great guns over in Banbury where she is being broken in. Jamie is very happy with her and she will soon be able to return to Michael and Fionas having passed her primary school exam with flying colours! Horrible weather for the horses turned out in the field, but the good news for them is that the long range forecast is suggesting that June will be far more settled and a lot warmer so at least they should enjoy a bit of sun before they have to come back into work! Enjoy the Bank Holiday weekend - whatever you find yourself doing!!
