I have to admit it- this morning I was in a good mood - but now I am just a tad grizzley! There is nothing worse than opening the Racing Post - studying yesterdays results - only to see that a horse you had had your eye on for 18 months had bolted up the day before!! This particular horse had caught my eye, and I enquired about him earlier this year - I was told all about him and given a price, but just could not convince folks to buy him!! A real shame as he looks a right good horse, and could go places!! I suppose I should cheer up really - at least it was another decent one I found - but I do just hate missing 'winners'!! Talking of winners - or not - I did quite enjoy the final scorecard from yesterdays ICC Champions trophy warm up! I hope they don't find their form ahead of the Ashes!!
