Cloonacool has been dropped 3lbs for his run in Ascot. His blood test results last week were a bit all over the place, so he is on some medication to get him back on song. There are no serious issues with him, he has just been a tad flat, although he after just a few days on his meds he seems to have perked right up! He is still doing two canters a day, and Stuart and the team will have him as right as rain very soon. The good thing about 'George', is that he has as many options as a horse could have - ground is no issue to him, and he can go over hurdles or fences, so we are not limited on that score! It looks as though Josh Moore will have to be in Cheltenham on Saturday, so we will look at other options in the jockey department for Sneaking Budge in Uttoxeter. With two other meetings on it is always a trying time, but at the moment it looks like either Paddy Brennan, or Cieran Gethings will be getting the leg up - but this could change! With the recent heavy bout of rain, it looks like SB will be making the trip, and I for one am very much looking forward to seeing him back on the track. Evidently I am a Geek - a very good piece on At The Races yesterday, which I think showed Stuart and Fences Farm in a very good light - Stuart could get a job with the Milton Keynes Tourist board, and I the new 'start up' Geek Bloodstock will soon be in operation at all the sales!! I fairness it was very good, and amazing how TV can make places that you know so well look totally different!! Well worth a watch - I am sure it will be on their website at some stage. Talking of sales - off to Cheltenham to see those that will be going through the ring tomorrow evening. We may even manage to snare one - you never know! Housekeeping - I would be grateful if those owners of Sneaking Budge that are intending to go to Uttoxeter on Saturday could let me know what badges they need please, as I will be in Cheltenham again very early tomorrow morning, and could do with a head start with organising badges for Saturday please.
