Apasionado holds an entry in the Supreme Novices Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival. He is due to run at the end of the month to test the validity of his entry - ie to see if he is good enough to have a crack at the 2m novice hurdle championship, and as part of his prep for that run he will head to Lambourn tomorrow morning with a work mate. Cieran Gethings will ride Apasionado tomorrow, and Brendan Powell will ride the other one. This away day should put AP on course for a run on either the 22,23 or 25th of Feb. He seems in great form. Sneaking Budges' replacement, Tricky Silence arrives tomorrow, and after he has settled in Stuart can get to work with him. We are looking forward to getting him out!
